Back just in time for Halloween (and New York had a great one!) - Genet and I met-up with Jared (from my Australian adventures) who is living just a few streets down from Genet in Harlem. We put on some of Genet’s fancy Ethiopian garb and our Italian opera masks for an exotic “Eyes Wide Shut” look, and Jared created the character of Inspector Rotary Phone, a reject comic book character who had a rotary telephone attached to his stomach in a radiation-related accident which he used to investigate crimes and call-up superheroes to come to the rescue, but he was killed at a crime scene because he was too slow on-the-dial.
